Drawing from Vinyasa and Martial arts, the Budokon Primary Series is fluid and original. We will explore the Budokon Primary and break down all those juicy details that set this practice apart.

Tai Chi, Hatha Yoga, Martial Arts and Calisthenics… Beko can look at movement from many perspectives. In this class he creates a flow combining insights from all of these traditions.

Graceful, playful, powerful, dynamic, all of your energy and focus goes into this incredibly fun bodyweight workout on four limbs. Healthy wrists and shoulders advised!

Two yoga workshops, vegetarian lunch & post-yoga snacks! This is the 4th collaboration between Vinyasa duo Sara & Kev, and veggie nutritionist and cook Lizzy O’Connell. This time we are in the beautifully renovated Victorian-style Tait House, and there is amazing outdoor space as well, so no matter what the weather gives us, we will have a great day together!
